This 4 ft X 8 ft custom built New York Style Coca Cola red single axle hot dog trailer is Health Department approved. The trailer is street legal
with taillights; turn signals, license plate holder, electrical brake system and can handle speeds of up to 80 mph.

The cooking area is equipped with 4 sets of stainless steel steam pans, 4 stainless steel sinks, built in cooler, storage bends, utensils,
5-gallon tank for hot and cold running water and 7-gallon waste water tank.  An 120 cold drink can Igloo cooler with drain hose, commercial paper
towel dispenser, fire extinguisher, commercial chip rack, 3 storage bins anchored to the trailer and will accommodate for a full days supply of
chips, napkins, paper bags, and lots of extras.  LP switch over for two tanks with built in tank nest and a 60-inch wide umbrella.  Two
banner poles and flag mount are attached to the trailer for easy storage. Custom designed and built for a hot dog business.

I purchased the stainless steel cooking section new in May 2003 and extras were added to accommodate the growing business. It was retired
